Financial Administrator
Dawn InfoTek Inc. is a leading IT Consulting company dedicated to providing exceptional IT services to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team and support our financial operations.
Duties:
- Creating invoices to our customers in QuickBooks
- Entering all expenses into QuickBooks
- Tracking the Accounting Payables and Receivables
- Prepare the payment for employees’ Payroll and vendors’ invoices
- Prepare the HST, WSIB, EHT, Corporation Tax installment, Payroll tax
- Maintaining and organizing vendor documents
- Assisting clients to forecast budget for projects or resources, and provide other documents as required.
- Generating different types of reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
- Conducting weekly & monthly Bank and credit cards reconciliation.
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of Bookkeeping or Accountant working experience
- Meticulous attention to detail, proven experience in math-related tasks.
- Good financial understanding and experience with expense reports/tracking receipts.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Reader, etc.).
- 1 year working experience in QuickBooks required
- Experience in Pivot table preferred
- Knowledge of Employment Standards Act is an asset
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast Learner and work with efficiency and under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to handle multitasking as well as working on Priority tasks
- Knowledge of administrative protocols and office procedures, excellent problem solver.
- Capacity to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
- Must be punctual, reliable and have a flexible work schedule to meet clients and residence needs
- Efficient written and speaking communication in English
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
