Onboarding Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Attend daily customer onboarding meetings and proactively identify and communicate any blockers to external stakeholders via Customer Success and the relevant internal groups
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and update project timelines in consideration of customers’ requirements and internal engineering capacity
  • Assist Customer Success team with project triple constraint negotiations as needed
  • Proactively manage project timelines and ensure critical path items are prioritized by product managers during sprint planning
  • Actively maintain a backlog of customer specific requirements and ensure awareness and appropriate prioritization from internal stakeholders
  • Embrace Agile methodology and handle scope changes efficiently
  • Identify project risks and facilitate recommendations to improve the onboarding process

Requirements/Must Have Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a Project Management role and/or PMP certified
  • Experience with any of the major cloud platformsAWS preferred
  • Knowledge or hands on experience of modern full stack and machine learning preferred
  • Concise communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency with JIRA/Atlassian products and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-To-Have Skills

  • Related experience in the media industry is an asset

Degrees or certifications

  • University Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
