Responsibilities:
- Design: Oversee end-to-end design projects, including user research, UX design, and service design initiatives, developing innovative solutions to meet user and business needs.
- User Research and Analysis: Lead both primary and secondary user research, document customer journeys, personas, and segmentation, and analyze user behaviors using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Service Design: Develop and communicate design concepts through wireframes, prototypes, user flows, ensuring designs meet digital service standards and leveraging reusable patterns.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align business and user goals, offering expert advice and managing vendor and stakeholder consultations.
- Performance Measurement: Implement performance metrics and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement and iteration of design.
- Standards and Best Practices: Promote and oversee the adoption of design tools, methodologies, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in UX Design with expertise in interaction design, user interface design, information design, and graphic design.
- 3-5 years in service design, including workshops, research sessions, analysis, and delivering design direction.
- Skills:
- Strong technical understanding of design integration with technology solutions.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and industry knowledge related to digital design and service delivery.
- Proficiency with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and drive projects.
- Desirable:
- Expertise in Agile methodology and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., AI, VR/AR) and project management.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and designing for multiple platforms.
