FullStack Developer Lead ( AWS Lamda)
Required Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience in enterprise environments
- Strong experience with Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs
- Full-stack development experience, including front-end development with Angular (v5+) and JavaScript
- Experience with AWS Lambda (or similar serverless technologies), including end-to-end system integration and deployments
- Hands-on experience with API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito, SSO / OAuth
- Strong experience designing and implementing high-volume, high-availability applications with a high degree of automation
- Experience with cloud services and DevOps tools, including OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Ansible, and IaaS / PaaS technologies
- Comfortable working in an Agile / SCRUM environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Strong technical leadership experience as a Technical Lead, including:
- Leading design and architecture discussions
- Providing technical direction and guidance to development teams
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices and coding standards
- Mentoring and supporting junior and intermediate developers
- Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated, positive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience with mobile application development (e.g., Apache Cordova)
- Experience with additional AWS services beyond core requirements
- Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
